The short version

Some links on Paul D. Golf are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the shop may pay us a small commission. You pay the same price, and sometimes less if there's a code. A commission never changes what we say about kit, courses or trips.

How it works

We work with retailers and brands through affiliate networks such as Awin and Amazon Associates. When you click one of our partner links, the retailer's site notes that you came from us, usually with a cookie on their site. If you buy within their set time, often 30 days, they pay us a percentage of the sale.

We don't see who you are, what you bought or your payment details. We only see totals, such as the number of clicks and sales, so we know which recommendations help.

How we label it

• On this website, anything with an affiliate link carries an Affiliate link tag next to it.
• On social posts, the post starts with #ad, before any "see more" cut.
• In videos, we say it out loud and show it on screen.
• Affiliate links only go on kit that passed our test or that Paul actually uses. See how we test.
• No brand can buy, change or see a verdict before it's published.

When you buy through a link

You buy from the retailer, not from us. Their prices, stock, delivery, returns and terms apply, and any questions about an order go to them. Prices and offers can change after we publish, so always check the final price on the retailer's site before you pay.

Partner offers and member codes

Some partners give our members a discount code or a members' rate. Some offers are open to everyone who follows us. Others, such as money off lessons with partner PGA professionals, are for Clubhouse members only. Each offer shows who it's for, what you get and when it ends. The full rules are in our offer terms.

We may earn a commission or referral fee when a code is used. That never decides which offers we run.

Gifted kit and paid partnerships

Sometimes a brand sends kit to test or pays for a feature. When that happens we say so clearly at the start, and the review is still our honest view. Logos shown on our partners page are brands we have a working relationship with.
